7. MAINTENANCE

After every use in mud or water, it is highly recommended to fully unspool the synthetic rope and rinse it with clean water to eliminate abrasive soil particles. Periodically inspect the battery terminals and ensure the integrity of the 20mm² electrical cable insulation.

8. SAFETY

  • Use the winch exclusively for pulling operations; never use it for vertical overhead hoisting or lifting of people.
  • Ensure the vehicle's battery is capable of delivering a minimum starting current of 650 CCA.
  • Always maintain a minimum of 5 full wraps of rope on the drum when operating under load.
