1. APPLICATION

This winch is dedicated to the Heavy Duty Off-Road and Utility segment. It is the optimal solution for:

  • SUVs: Nissan Patrol (Y60, Y61, Y62), Toyota Land Cruiser, Mitsubishi Pajero, Jeep Wrangler JKU/JLU, Land Rover Defender.
  • Recovery Platforms & Vans: Iveco Daily, Mercedes Sprinter, Ford Transit, Ford Ranger, Volkswagen Amarok, Toyota Hilux, Isuzu D-Max.
  • Emergency Services: Assistance and recovery vehicles that require high operational speeds under load.

2. COMPONENT ANALYSIS

MOTOR AND ELECTRONICS

The 4.8 kW (6.6 HP) Series Wound motor provides massive instantaneous torque. Control is managed by a sealed 500A (IP67) solenoid, highly resistant to water and mud, equipped with a dual control system: a long-range wireless remote and a wired remote.

SYNTHETIC ROPE (PLASMA)

The use of a premium 9.5 mm UHMWPE synthetic plasma rope eliminates the risk of dangerous kinetic kickback in the event of failure and reduces the overall weight on the front axle. It is guided through an anodized aluminum fairlead to minimize friction.

7. MAINTENANCE & SAFETY

Always operate the winch with the vehicle's engine running to ensure optimal voltage. After exposure to mud or silt, rinse the synthetic rope thoroughly with clean water. Periodically inspect all electrical connections and battery terminals.

  • Do not use the winch for vertical lifting or hoisting operations. Always maintain a minimum of 5 full wraps of rope on the drum under load.
  • Never engage or disengage the clutch while the winch motor is running. Using a winch blanket (cable damper) during operations is highly recommended.
