7. MAINTENANCE

The synthetic rope must be visually inspected before each use. After operating in muddy or sandy environments, fully unspool the rope and rinse it with clean water to prevent internal wear of the fibers. Periodically check the solenoid terminals to ensure optimal electrical conductivity.

8. SAFETY

  • Use the winch exclusively for towing operations, never for vertical lifting or overhead hoisting.
  • Ensure the vehicle's battery meets the minimum requirement of 650 CCA to sustain the maximum current draw of 375A.
  • Always maintain a minimum of 5 full wraps of rope on the drum when operating under load.
