Delivery Information
For products in stock, delivery will be carried out within 1–7 business days. For pre-order products, the delivery time will be communicated by phone or e-mail by one of our representatives.
If the product chosen by the Customer is not available in stock, the delivery time will be communicated by phone by one of our representatives.
Ordered products are delivered by courier companies (DPD, Sameday, Dragon Star or Fan Courier) to the entrance of the building specified by the Customer.
In certain cases, shipping costs displayed in the order may vary depending on the weight and delivery area. These will be communicated by phone by one of our sales representatives at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery within the European Union (EU)
We also ship to other EU countries, usually via DPD. The typical transit time within the EU is 2–8 business days.
For large or heavy parcels, we will inform the Customer in advance about the available carrier and the shipping cost; these costs may vary significantly depending on the country and the parcel’s dimensions/weight.
Delivery times are estimates only; we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control. We will always make every effort to dispatch orders promptly and to package items securely so that they arrive safely at the Customer’s address.
Important
Before accepting the parcel, inspect the packaging. If there are visible signs of damage (e.g., the original seal is broken), do not accept the parcel from the courier and notify us within 24 hours.
Complete a damage report with the courier immediately. If this is not done, the goods will be considered to have been received in good condition, and the Customer will no longer be able to submit a transport-related claim.
