Maintenance & USEFUL TIPS

Power Source

Due to the high power of the 6.5 HP engine, use a battery of at least 650-750 CCA. The winching must be carried out with the vehicle engine running to maintain the correct tension in the system.

Using the Clutch

Make sure the clutch lever is fully engaged before starting the winching. Do not operate the lever while the winch motor is running.

Steel Cable Inspection

After heavy use, check the cable for twisted coils or broken wires. Always wear protective gloves and use a damper placed on the cable during traction for maximum safety.
