The EMD WINCH 6000lbs winch is recognized for its extreme reliability and low noise in operation. Equipped with a 100% automatic braking system and high-performance Series Wound motor, this equipment is designed for speed and safety in difficult conditions.

1. USE

This winch is part of the Auto / Off-road Segment. It is ideal for small/medium sized off-road vehicles, car platforms and light recovery applications.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For safe and efficient use, it is mandatory that the winch's pulling force is a minimum of 1.5 times the total weight of the vehicle.

2. COMPONENTS

MOTOR AND ELECTRONICS

The Series Wound motor offers superior torque and above-average recovery speed. The electrical system is managed by a 200A weatherproof contactor.

CABLE AND GUIDANCE

Equipped with 6.5 mm x 15 m synthetic cable, it offers the advantage of reduced weight and increased safety in case of breakage. The guidance is achieved through a Hawse type aluminum slot (guide).
